I would like to inform you about an issue around Yasushi Akimoto,a producer of Japanese pop groups and Tokyo Olympics 2020 executive board member.
Recently, there was a serious case of human rights occurred in one of his supervising group called NGT48.
Maho Yamaguchi,a member of NGT48, was assaulted by two stalking fans who probably have had personal relationship with several NGT48 members and its manager.
The management team did not support her enough and she had to apologize on her stage for no reason.
The executive side tried to calm the situation by letting her apologize on stage rather than covering her, who was the victim.

They still have not taken any drastic measures to solve this situation now.
What they did was an outrage against human rights.

先日彼が監修するグループの一つであるNGT48において深刻な人権事案が発生しました。
NGT48のメンバーであるヤマグチマホが、ある他のメンバーやマネージャーと関係があると見られている二人のファンによって暴行を受けました。
運営側は彼女を十分に支援せず、彼女は理由もないのにステージで謝罪するはめになりました。
運営側は被害者である彼女を保護するよりも、彼女にステージ上で謝罪させることによって事態の沈静化を図ろうとしました。

彼らはいまだにこの状況を解決する抜本的な対策を講じているとはいえません。
彼らのしたことは人権にたいする暴挙です。
